Maintain indoor and outdoor center facilities in clean and orderly condition in compliance with customer requirements as well as Chugach corporate and management directives.

Pay Rate: $22.81/hourly

Work Model: Onsite

• Incumbent will clean and sanitize restroom facilities and related fixtures including drinking fountains, refrigerated water coolers, custodial mop sinks, restroom sinks, urinals, showers, and toilets.
• Responsible for sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors.
• Replenish supplies in restrooms, facilities, etc.
• Responsible for ensuring all dusting (both high and low) areas are maintained as necessary and polishing furniture, woodwork, fixtures, and equipment.
• Wash windows (both interior and exterior), mirrors, and walls. Washing windows may require the use of ladders.
• Empty, clean, and sanitize waste receptacles.
• Move and arrange furniture and equipment for cleaning and replacement when completed.
• Responsible for cleaning window blinds either Venetian or vertical as required.
• Identify and report building maintenance needs in assigned buildings and facilities.
• Perform specialized projects such as restoration programs on floors, walls, ceilings, furniture, and other items.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Mandatory:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One (1) year related experience or training as a custodian; or equivalent combination of education.
• Successfully pass any background check and/drug test required.
• Current, valid state driver's license and an acceptable driving record in the state in which the position performs work.
