e3 Diagnostics is seeking an Industrial Sales Specialist to join our team! The Industrial Sales Specialist will cover the Western region of the US and is responsible for sales and user training of equipment and supplies to the Occupational Health market segment. This includes regulatory compliant screening audiometers, spirometers, hearing and respirator fit test devices, breath alcohol equipment, sounds booths, sound and dosimetry equipment.

The ideal candidate will reside in a Western city conveniently located near a major airport.

Responsibilities
    Prospect for new business and build relationships with existing accounts to grow new equipment sales, service revenue, parts/supply sales, within their defined territory.
  • Create and implement an annual business plan including targeted account plans, in assigned area, to maximize e3 revenue and profit growth in the Industrial/Occupational Health segment.
  • Grow revenue for e3 hosted professional certification courses (public and private courses) including CAOHC, NIOSH, BAT and UDS training within your defined territory.
  • Develop strong understanding of all products and services offered and execute customer user training and ongoing support of all Occupational Health related equipment.
  • Work closely with RSMs within the region to create growth plans for clinical accounts who also have occupational health departments within their organizations, such as hospitals and clinics.
  • Grow our customer base by adding new accounts for service, supplies and new equipment sales. Create new partnerships with customers including large multi-site organizations. Target accounts can include industrial customers, occ health specialty clinics, and mobile providers.
  • Qualify sales opportunities to ensure proposed equipment will meet customer needs and will help customer and/or their clients, meet all OSHA, MSHA and NIOSH requirements.
  • Provide leadership with information on competitive threats and emerging technologies in the Occupational/Industrial market segment.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to identify customer needs and propose appropriate solutions.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Team-player; can work effectively with others to identify and resolve issues.
  • Attention to detail, highly organized, ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work independently to meet goals.
  • Very strong communication and negotiation skills; written and verbal.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug test and background check.
  • Ability to use a power drill and other tools for equipment installations

Education and Experience:

  • At least 18 years of age.
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • 5+ years of hands-on sales experience.
  • Experience in the Occupational Health equipment and service market preferred.
  • Analytical and critical thinker, numbers-driven.

Travel:

  • This position requires up to 40% travel including up to 20% overnight travel.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds.
